Mission Statement

Operation P.U.L.S.E. is a crime prevention program designed to have a positive impact in removing crime and violence from the East Baltimore Community. Operation P.U.L.S.E. in partnership with John Hopkins Medical Institution corporate security trains volunteers with an extensive 28 hour Crime Prevention Course in operation Identification Conflict Manage, Public Relations, Courtroom Training, Citizens on Patrol, and most important Evangelism. We are a part of the Church and spread the Word whenever and wherever we go! Once the 28-hour security training is completed. PULSE Volunteers take to the streets working with churches to set up security ministries, the Baltimore Police Department, schools, neighborhoods, community group/leaders, and other city agencies.
